MAC DUMKE

GENERAL PARTNER 

In 2020, Dumke started a stabilized Section 42 affordable housing income fund with his dad. They have acquired 864 units.


In 2022, Dumke started acquiring value-add industrial. In 2 years, he has purchased 2 million square feet across the Midwest.

Mac is happily married and proud to be a dad.

FAMILY

HISTORY 

Since the 90s, Dumke’s dad, Andy, and his partner, Fred Jacques, have developed or invested in over 195 retail or office properties.

 

Some of the tenants they have worked with include Starbucks, Chipotle, Joan Fabrics, Planet Fitness, Verizon, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera, US Cellular, AT&T, Olive Garden, TJ Maxx, Panera, FedEX, and Qdoba.

In 2011, Andy also founded Northpointe Development with Cal Schultz. They have developed over 2000 units of Section 42 affordable housing.
